Q: When should I use a pre-approved profile rather than a blank profile?
A: Provided that your waste stream exactly matches the process of generation and the physical and chemical characterization, you are encouraged to use the pre-approved form, provided it is available in your state. If you prefer, you may also use the blank profile form.
Q: What if I need help and can't complete the forms?

Q: Where do I send the completed forms?
A: Simply fax your forms to your Technical Service Center. The fax number is listed next to their address.
Q: Why can't all states accept the pre-approved profile forms?
A: Some states or counties have more stringent requirements. We are constantly working with regulators to streamline our processes without sacrificing the integrity of our waste screening systems.
Q: Do I need a Service Agreement for every transaction?
A: Typically, once a Service Agreement is in-place for your geographical area, you do not need to sign another Agreement. Our Technical Service Teams will send you a confirmation for each new waste stream that you encounter.
Q: Where can I find instructions for completing the new EZ Profile form?
A: Instructions are found in two places. For Downloaded and Printed Profiles, it is located in the 'Forms and Procedures' tab. If you fill your profile online, each item in the process has a small icon (
)Enter the generally descriptive name of the material.

Q: Is there a way to auto populate my name, title and company on the Generator Certification page (Stage 6 - Sign)?
A: YES - once you update your account information this section will automatically pre-populate. This information can be updated from the 'Personal Information' tab located in the "Manage My Account" section.
Q: Will the new EZ Profile form still be available in the PDF formats?
A: YES - just as before the generic and all express profile forms will be available in PDF version for download. Additionally, if you have the most current version of the free software 'Adobe Reader X' you will be able to enter information and save the PDF to your desktop.
Q: Will the new EZ Profile form be available in the Microsoft WORD version?
A: YES - the blank profile form will now be available for download so you can save it to your computer and create your own templates for specific use.
