WM is working together with our new team members from ADS to ensure that every customer has a positive experience throughout this integration. With this acquisition, we have an opportunity to better serve you through reliable, responsible and sustainable environmental solutions.

ADS customers will be gradually integrated into Waste Management billing processes throughout the next 12 months. You will receive a notification, typically accompanying your invoice, outlining the exact details of when and how your particular account will be migrated.

Once fully integrated to the WM system, you will have access to My WM via WM.com and the WM mobile app, so you can easily manage your services, set up automatic payments, view holiday schedules and much more.

If you currently have automatic payments set up through ADS AutoPay, your payments will continue to post as before. You will receive instructions on how to set up AutoPay with Waste Management when your account is migrated to the WM billing system.

If you have a contract with Advanced Disposal, the current rates and scheduled rate changes outlined in your contract will remain in effect through the contract term. If you do not have a contract with Advanced Disposal, your rates may change during Waste Management’s annual rate evaluation process. We understand accounting for waste and recycling services is part of your overall budget planning and will make every effort to be as transparent as possible in anticipation of any rate or service changes.

Your Fuel surcharge, Environmental charge and Compliance Business Impact Charge rates – if applicable – will remain the same for now but in the future will be transitioned to WM’s standards.
