Additional Information

• The use of loaned PPE and WM hand-held radios will no longer be available (i.e. safety vests, hard hats, etc). Drivers without appropriate PPE or available radios will not be allowed access to the site.
• At Waste Management, we are committed to putting people first. The health and safety of our employees, customers and communities is our highest priority. Due to COVID-19, services may be impacted, see below for service change information. We will continue to monitor the situation and update our service schedules based on recommendations from local officials and health experts.
• COVID-19 UPDATE 3/20/2020: As of Monday, March 23rd, the WM landfills in the New England/Upstate New York region will temporarily suspend the receiving and signing of manifests or shipping documents. Waste Shipment Records for asbestos containing wastes will continue to be signed per regulatory requirements. Should you need a signed copy of your shipping paperwork, please email TSCEastNY@wm.com with an electronic copy of your shipping document and our representatives will assist facilitating that signature.
