Additional Information

• Notice to customers entering Fairless Landfill:
• Tarps must remain secure until drivers reach the active work area.
• Turnbuckles for back gates/doors must be secure prior to entering the landfill.
• All trucks entering site must abide by our posted speed limits. (15 MPH on the landfill)
• All personnel on-site must comply with our PPE policy. (Safety Vest, Hard Hat, Boots, Safety Glasses, Gloves, Etc.)
• Each truck must have a CB radio and tune in to channel 20 - clearly communicate/follow our working face orders.
• All trucks must be equipped with tow hooks for front/rear of the trucks/trailers for us to assist when pulling them.
• Tire dropping is prohibited onsite.
• All waste entering must fall in the “Fairless Landfill acceptable waste” criteria. Educate yourself on our acceptable wastes prior to entering our facility.
• Violating any of these job site rules and requirements will lead to suspension and or permanent termination from permittance to the site. Fairless Landfill will make every effort to hold each driver to these standards.
